How to choose the right heat dumping device for you

If you are looking to purchase a heat dumping device, there are a number of options to choose from. On this website, we've only included devices that we have personally tested that can-- at minimum-- hold proper surface temperature (50-60°) for one hour, without being held.

Check out the chart below. Some things you should consider: will you be using the device in temperatures above 85° (like outdoors, hot gyms)? Are you concerned with having an involved set-up (e.g., do you have access to ice)?
