There's a saying in the Navy SEAL's that's called the 40% rule: When your mind is telling you that you’re done, that you’re exhausted, that you cannot possibly go any further, you’re only actually 40% done.
Regardless of whether you work out using heat dumping or not, remember this quote.
In many instances, people who try heat dumping for the first time will stop at a particular number of reps, because that is what they are used to doing. They stop at rep number 15, for example, because that's how many they can normally do without heat dumping.
Heat dumping is like magically putting more gas in your car. Even with that advantage, it does not provide any additional benefit if you decide not to drive the car any further than you would on a normal tank of gas.
Don't stop driving your car at 200 miles if you've got the gas to go 250 miles!
